Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sweetheart Styles! If for any means you are unhappy with your order, you can follow these instructions to return your purchase. Please e-mail Sweetheartstyles1@gmail.com to receive a return slip if you did not receive one in your package.

1. Returns must be returned within 14 business days of receipt.
2. Any item being returned must have return slip.
3. All merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered in any way in order for us to accept the return.
4. Merchandise must have original tags attached.
5. Please note original shipping & handling charges are NOT REFUNDABLE. The customer is in charge of their own shipping charges with the carrier of their own choice.
6. Ship your package using an insured shipping method with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
7. Sale items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
8. Returns can take up to 7-10 business days to complete once received & an additional 7-10 business days to be refunded to your account.
9. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email.

Exchanges

1. Even exchanges can be made if the following correct size is in stock.
2. There will be no exchanges on items that are damaged, worn or not returned properly.

Refused Packages/Shipping

1. Any packages or orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus the return shipping costs it takes to get the package back to our facility.

We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders that we feel are fraudulent in nature. We will also take the appropriate action to report mail and credit card fraud and seek legal repercussions if necessary.

2. We are not responsible for any lost packages or items not received once shipped. Please contact shipping carrier for further information.
